Founder & Master Roaster
Arthur began his career in Paris in the mid-1980s before moving to Orange County in 1989. After a decade focused on espresso equipment and technical service, he established Delta Cafe in 2000 to combine that mechanical background with small-batch roasting. Today, he utilizes those forty years of experience to support the Orange County coffee community, providing a full-service approach to both roasting and equipment maintenance.
